Behavior Analyst II - Licensed, Autism Center
Seattle Children's is a leading pediatric hospital dedicated to providing superior patient care and advancing new discoveries. They are seeking a Behavior Analyst II to provide behavior analytic assessment and intervention for individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, while also offering leadership and training to team members.

Responsibilities
Provides behavior analytic assessment, intervention, skill development curricula, and education to individuals and families/caregivers of individuals with developmental, intellectual, emotional, and behavioral problems in a behavior analytic program
Provide leadership and coaching to other team members regarding implementation of applied behavioral analytic interventions across assessment and treatment
Serve as more senior behavior analyst on interdisciplinary teams and to other behavioral team staff
Work alongside families to provide caregiver, teacher and other staff training on interventions while also carefully monitoring the effectiveness and implementation of behavioral treatments across settings
Work in collaboration with leadership on quality improvement, program development and other special projects as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social sciences, social work, psychology, counseling, special education, behavior analysis or other related social/behavior science field
Minimum 3-years experience working as a BCBA developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive assessment and treatment for neurodiverse individuals
Washington State License as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing
Certification by a National Credentialing Board for Behavior Analysts (e.g., BACB)
Within 12 weeks of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment
Behavior Analyst IIs working in outpatient positions require Washington State registration/licensure appropriate to clinical field (Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration) required within 60 days of employment
