Project Manager
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative, strategy, and development teams
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day workflow of all client projects
Build, maintain, and communicate clear project timelines and deliverables
Lead weekly production meetings to track progress, clarify priorities, and remove roadblocks
Audit current workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
Maintain and refine internal processes including client intake, scoping, handoffs, and approvals
Own and manage our project management platform, including structure, setup, and ongoing maintenance
Ensure every handoff—internal and client-facing—is smooth, clear, and timely
Support leadership with visibility into project risks, opportunities, and process improvements
Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets expectations before it goes out the door
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred—or equivalent professional experience
2+ years managing timelines and deliverables in an agency, studio, or marketing environment
Confident using project management tools
Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once
Familiar with the flow of creative or marketing work (even if you're not the one creating it)
Strong communicator—open, respectful, proactive, and clear
Preferred

Agency operations or systems management
