Responsibilities

Manage multiple, simultaneous data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration and finally closeout and handover to operations
Be responsible for gathering internal requirements, generating potential options, presenting to the leadership team, and delivering design solutions that satisfy customer's needs
Create and manage strategies for the execution of designs that leverage a standard baseline plan of record. Manage strategy for projects that require deviation from the baseline design (due to environmental, code or other aspects that require localization)
Navigate critical issues to maintain project timelines, quality, and costs while aligning a cross-functional set of stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program management
Experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical fields
PE License, RA License, Chartered Engineer License or equivalent technical professional license or certification
Experience with data center specific or equivalent equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, building controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems and an understanding of start up/commissioning processes
Experience managing vendor relationships and design-to-construction workflows, including procurement strategy, work package development, and cross-functional coordination
Experience managing data center design and product development
