Responsibilities
Provide top-tier service to residential and commercial clients
Perform tasks associated with cleaning, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in work
Possess excellent customer relation skills
Manage and maintain a schedule
Travel to service locations within Harford and Cecil County, Maryland

Have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
Have a phone with a data plan and texting/calling capabilities
Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and maintain a schedule
Good attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and addressing specific requirements
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to varied cleaning tasks
Reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service
Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
