Responsibilities

Establish payments strategy for e-commerce platforms and merchants by collaborating with cross-functional leaders and integrating Google capabilities to ensure execution across AI and non-AI user journeys
Negotiate and execute agreements involving data rights, regulatory obligations, and technical requirements, while managing business and technical trade-offs with internal stakeholders
Manage a portfolio of partners and drive growth initiatives to meet product goals, using an understanding of partner needs to provide feedback that informs product decisions
Develop business models by working with cross-functional teams, with a focus on future business generation initiatives
Drive presentations and recommendations to leadership regarding business performance indicators and emerging technology trends

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
Experience managing agreements or partnerships

Preferred

Master's degree or other advanced degree
Experience with payments or payments partnerships
Experience managing partnerships
Experience working in a fluid and collaborative environment
Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners
Excellent communication and influencing skills
