Responsibilities

Manage residential and/or commercial real estate closings from contract to completion

Review, draft, and explain closing documents and settlement statements

Conduct closings and communicate clearly with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents

Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals

Identify and resolve title or closing issues

Ensure all transactions comply with state and local real estate law

Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other real estate agreements

Other legal work includes estate planning, probate, conservatorships, quiet title, construction and partitions

Maintain an active caseload and personally manage a high volume of real estate transactions

Some work-from-home flexibility is included

Qualification
