Responsibilities
Safety-critical flight and embedded software across hundreds of custom computers
Distributed, real-time control systems (flight, GNC integration, vehicle networks, telemetry)
Simulation, HIL/SIL, test automation, and release readiness
Leading and scaling a multi-team organisation (currently 25, growing rapidly)
Qualification
Required
Experience owning complex software systems from design through to production
Experience with modern C++, Go, and Rust
Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded Linux development
