Responsibilities

Combine market, energy, and sustainability data to help clients identify opportunities, mitigate risks and drive community growth
Develop client-facing presentations and thought leadership that provide differentiated advice and insights at the intersection of capital markets, energy and sustainability
Learn how we support the growth of our clients and communities
Analyze market, energy, and sustainability data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory
Participate in client transactions - including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets deals with a focus on sustainability and energy - working closely with senior leaders from initial pitch through to closing
Develop innovative solutions to address complex, real-world business challenges
Strengthen your technical skills in corporate finance

Required

Fluency in English
Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 from a bachelor's or master's program
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale
Authorization to work in the U.S

Demonstrated energy and commitment to building a career at the intersection of energy, sustainability, and financial markets
Strong analytical, accounting, finance, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in fast-paced environments
