Community Manager
MAXX Properties is a well-established company that has been serving communities for nearly 90 years. They are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to oversee the operational and financial aspects of the property, focusing on enhancing resident experience and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
Oversees community financial performance by preparing and managing budgets, monitoring variances, and identifying opportunities to maximize income and control expenses
Leads, trains, and supports community staff to ensure high performance and exceptional service
Builds strong resident relationships through responsive service, proactive communication, and community engagement initiatives
Manages rent collection, payroll, vendor payments, and reporting processes accurately and efficiently
Supports marketing and leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and resident retention
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience as a community/property manager
Detail and task oriented
Proven decision-making abilities
Preferred
Yardi (or industry-related software) is preferred
