As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in face-to-face sales, customer acquisition, and brand promotion at exciting events and campaigns throughout the Orlando area.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Engage directly with customers to identify needs and promote tailored product solutions that convert into long-term clients
Event Marketing & Promotion: Represent the brand at local events, delivering value-driven pitches and closing sales in fast-paced, in-person environments
Customer Acquisition: Expand our client base through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive connections with new and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and retention
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all offerings to confidently educate and support clients during the sales process
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Energetic, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach
Preferred
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or similar people-facing roles is preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
