Responsibilities

Problem solve crack events in 718 ingots, follow and oversee heat stripping practices and heat treat practices
Track and monitor progress of all 718 heats through the mill

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Materials Science or Metallurgical Engineering
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Willing and able to work on-site at our Reading, PA location
Applicants MUST be US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to Carpenter's government contracts
