Responsibilities
Assist customers with foodservice equipment and supply needs, including professional chefs, business owners, and home cooks
Process in-store transactions and phone-in orders
Create quotes and place special orders for non-stock merchandise and equipment, including timely follow-up
Support inventory monitoring, merchandising, and overall store presentation and recovery
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or the foodservice industry
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with basic computer applications
Preferred
Some college coursework preferred
Familiarity with equipment and supplies used in restaurant or hospitality operations is a plus
Experience with SAP or point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
