Product Delivery Manager – Demand, Intake & Prioritization

Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Oversees and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of all incoming requests, ensuring high-level awareness and understanding of each submission across the product organization
Serves as a key point of contact, effectively communicating with all levels of leadership throughout the business to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities
Organizes and lead monthly Head of Product meetings, driving agenda setting, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items
Delivers presentations to leadership at all levels, articulating status, challenges, and strategic recommendations related to demand, intake, and prioritization
Develops, monitor, and refine reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making, leveraging data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities within the product portfolio
Continuously track team capacity and shifting priorities for every line of business at JPMorganChase, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing
Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and technology partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven reports and recommendations
Experience managing escalations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and large groups
Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support data-driven decision making
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Experience working directly with executive leadership (Managing Directors, C-suite) on strategic initiatives
Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and adoption of new processes or technologies
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to automate routine tasks, resulting in significant time savings and improved accuracy
Deep understanding of financial services industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in product delivery and prioritization
