Human Resource Manager (Onsite | Contract to Hire)
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and strategy. This hands-on role will involve partnering with leadership to drive workforce strategy, manage HR operations, and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment strategies, including reviewing offer documentation
Oversee onboarding and HR records
Serve as primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution
Manage employee training, development, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, government reporting, and company policies
Oversee performance evaluations, HR analytics, and workforce reporting
Prepare reports for management and government requirements
Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leadership to support engagement and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years HR experience, including 4+ years in management
SHRM-CP certification (required)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance reporting (EEO-1, ACA, Affirmative Action Plans)
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
Secret clearance or ability to obtain
