Wastewater Technician- 2nd Shift
Reily Foods Company is seeking a Wastewater Technician for their 2nd shift. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment within the manufacturing facility to ensure timely and efficient production of quality products.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate basic knowledge and proper use of hand tools
Troubleshoot and safely repair basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, and components
Effectively prioritize equipment issues in order of importance, manage downtime, and communicate issues to peers and leadership. Escalate issues to experts or external resources as needed
Read and interpret equipment drawings and OEM Manuals for packaging equipment
Read and follow instructions regarding daily expectations, requirements, or specifications
Accurately complete all work order and quality paperwork
Report environmental, health, and safety concerns to leadership
Troubleshoot and fix issues as they arise in a timely manner to allow production to meet business demands
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and maintenance shop
Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in safety training and safety system ownership initiatives
Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident, or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately
Support and comply with GMP’s; understand and follow emergency action plan
Support food safety, quality, and legality
Ensure the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements

Qualification
Required

3+ years of manufacturing facility maintenance experience
Basic technical skills include Mechanical, Troubleshooting, Pneumatics, Fluid Power, Hand Tools
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Self-directed team player with ability to communicate effectively and complete projects in a timely manner
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Strong safety awareness
Positive attitude with ability to follow rules and directions
