This role involves working closely with Automation Specialists, Account Managers, and Sales Support Teams to develop customer solutions and participate in various training and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

Electrical Distribution Orientation: Learn the roles of various departments in the organization and understand relationships with key partners and vendors

Job Shadowing: Participate in job shadowing across departments with a focus on Automation

Orientation to Sales Support and Design Engineering Teams: Support and learn from our Automation Support and Design Engineering Teams

Customer Engagement: Join Account Managers and Specialists on customer site visits to learn how we engage and support our customers

Technical Development: Build technical acumen in an assigned domain (determined at the start of the internship)

Event Participation: Attend Commercial events and assist with technical sessions, labs, or trade shows as needed

Training Support: Help create training materials for internal employees and external customers
