Responsibilities
Electrical Distribution Orientation – Dive into the inner working of our organization, understanding how different departments collaborate and build relationships with key partners and vendors
Job shadowing- Get to job shadow various positions and departments with a focus on the Project Coordinator position
Lighting & Gear Team Orientation - Get to know our Lighting and Gear Teams, providing support and learning from industry experts
Field Experience - Travel with our Lighting and Gear Specialists to customer sites and projects, experiencing real-world applications
Design & Innovation – Contribute to the design process by interpreting customer needs and translating them into practical lighting and gear proposals
Task Execution – Perform assigned tasks as directed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

High School Graduate
Pursuing a degree in a technical or project management field including but not limited to: Business Administration, Management, Project Management
Experience in Microsoft Office software: specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
