Drive aggressive B2B field sales for EdTech solutions to Schools, Colleges, Universities & institutions
Identify, pitch, and close new business through in-person meetings and cold visits
Engage with decision-makers such as HR, L&D, CXOs, and academic headsConduct product demos and solution presentations
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within defined timelines
Qualification
Required
2โ6+ years of hardcore B2B field sales experience
Prior experience in EdTech, Banking, or Insurance
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with extensive field work and a target-driven environment
Preferred
Graduate/MBA preferred
