Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Lead customers through onboarding, providing ongoing training and support with our full range of products and services
Regularly review customer accounts to understand needs, share updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Conduct routine account audits to evaluate profitability and ensure return-on-investment standards are met

Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (or as required by state) with a clean driving record

Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Previous coffee or café industry experience is highly desirable
1–2 years of customer service experience, or at least 1 year of related experience
