Identify and secure new group accounts to grow hotel revenue
Prepare compelling proposals and sales contracts tailored to client needs
Negotiate rates and contract terms to maximize profitability
Deliver exceptional client experiences through site inspections, familiarization trips, and follow-up communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of group events
Maintain confidentiality of client and guest information
Uphold The Doyle Collection’s commitment to exemplary service standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within a luxury hotel environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through proactive business development
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to connect warmly and professionally with clients and colleagues alike
Proficiency in Opera PMS (Sales & Catering), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to conduct engaging hotel site inspections and familiarize clients with the property
High level of professionalism with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
