Responsibilities

Lead daily overwrap production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals

Train, mentor, and coach production employees to support performance and growth

Partner with management to execute department goals and operational initiatives

Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions

Monitor schedules, staffing, and productivity to minimize downtime and waste

Maintain production documentation and communicate shift handoffs

Enforce safety, security, housekeeping, and quality standards

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

4+ years of experience in manufacturing or printing environments with leadership responsibilities

Strong knowledge of overwrap equipment, production processes, and quality standards

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced industrial environment

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems
