Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, is seeking a Collections Account Manager who will be responsible for negotiating secure payment arrangements from consumers. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with consumers to resolve their accounts in accordance with company policy and regulations.

Responsibilities

Negotiating secure payment arrangements from consumers to satisfy their account obligation

Recommending payment solutions through review and assessment of the consumers' ability to pay in consideration of their outstanding obligation

Maintaining accurate documentation on the account

Communicating regularly with the consumer, in accordance with FDCPA and company policy, in order to reach the resolution of the account
