Ready Set is a pioneering advertising agency focused on bridging creativity with measurable business outcomes. As the Creative Development Head, you will drive creative testing frameworks and lead a data-driven creative team to optimize performance and achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and refine creative testing frameworks that let Creative Strategists work in agile and scalable testing roadmaps
Collaborate with the Media Buying and Client Experience team to make sure requirements are translated into clear, data-informed guidelines for creative briefs and strategic plans
Lead a team that is constantly analyzing performance data to identify trends, human behaviors, and global events that can be turned into creative prompts
Collaborate with the Insights, BI and Tech team in the maintenance and optimization of the performance knowledge libraries to inform creative decisions
Provide a data-driven "safe space" for creative teams to experiment and explore new ideas aligned with market trends and algorithm shifts
Mentor and train the team to help them unlock their full potential and build the skills needed to produce high-level creative assets
Keep the team accountable for ad performance, as well as efficiency in the communications within each team
Collaborate with all operational teams to make sure information, goals and strategies are shared and aligned to achieve an optimal speed of learning
Create clear roadmaps and playbooks that empower the team to implement new strategies and hypotheses instantly
Make sure that performance goals are shared across all teams and execution is aligned to gain maximum efficiency in speed of learning
Constantly monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets across various platforms to understand what is working and why
Build hypotheses and testing strategies that lead to logarithmic growth in our learning and insights company-wide
Squeeze new creative insights out of both new and old data sets, continuously finding new ways to understand information
Ensure that testing mixes are optimized to nurture good results with current algorithms and campaign settings

Required

A strong, data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding human behavior through quantitative analysis
Proven experience in building and implementing creative testing strategies and frameworks
Deep understanding of digital marketing algorithms, particularly in paid media and social platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable creative strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and guide creative teams
A drive for efficiency and the ability to build trusting relationships along different teams

Preferred

Experience in Media Buying
Background in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment
Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on content and media
