Responsibilities

Assisting customers that call the helpdesk for technology support or visit the IT Express window for quick technical assistance

Entering and reviewing service tickets as they come in and making sure that they are assigned to the right queue

Handling a variety of administrative special projects from time to time

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or have completed major course work in a directly related field within the past year

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must pass a thorough background check
