8+ years expNeos is a leading Austin-based IT Staffing and Consulting firm, and they are seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract with their client. The Salesforce Developer will support custom application development in Salesforce, ensuring migration and version control of applications while adhering to security policies and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
Support THECB's custom application development in Salesforce
Modify custom applications built on the Salesforce platform
Ensure migration of applications from sandbox environments and the production environment
Ensure version control of the applications and syncing data connections between the respective environments
Observe regular change management and security scan processes
Comply with THECB's data security policy
Work closely with project stakeholders and contribute to project plans and status reports
Provide technical documentation, communication, and technical support as necessary
Comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes
Participate in the development and execution of presentations as required to leadership and oversight entities
Design, develop, update, and migrate Salesforce applications including configuring Salesforce applications, APEX classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SFDC Flows, REST API
Conduct testing to verify logic and ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements
Complete complex project work, including troubleshooting and correcting coding errors/issues
Provide status updates on work assignments and any technical issues that present risk to project timeline as required by selected project framework
Work in an agile software development environment
Qualification
Required
8 years experience in Salesforce application development, using Salesforce Developer console and Visual Studio
8 years excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
8 years experience working complex projects throughout all development phases, ensuring timely completion within budget
8 years ability to translate complex data and business requirements into actionable development backlog
8 years strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution
2 years experience working with user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps
2 years experience working with confidential data and process implementation to provide information security
Preferred
4 years experience working in Public Sector
4 years experience working on an agile scrum development team to evaluate user stories and size tasks
4 years knowledge of the common design practices, standards, and technologies associated with application accessibility (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
1 year Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II)
