Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and support a high-performing team of Site Managers across multiple markets
Drive accountability for performance metrics, NOI, and customer experience goals
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning for the team
Step in to support escalations, coverage gaps, or critical account needs when necessary
Promote a leadership culture rooted in ownership, data-driven decisions, and partnership
Ensure Site Managers are proactive in managing performance, identifying opportunities, and staying ahead of issues across all service lines
Reinforce SOPs related to move-ins, rate management, customer communication, BOG management, daily operations and other services
Leverage HubSpot to track site performance, document actions, and use customer health scores to guide next steps and follow-through
Identify and support portfolio growth opportunities, including owner expansions and performance improvement strategies

Required

5+ years in a multi-site or multi-unit leadership role in industries such as SaaS, operations, customer success, or service-based environments
5+ years proven experience leading and scaling performance across teams
Strong grasp of operational levers like customer lifecycle management, revenue optimization, and performance metrics
Experience with team coaching, development, and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment using platforms like HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace

Preferred

Familiarity with tools used in SaaS, property tech, or service delivery platforms is a plus
