Convert incoming calls, making outbound calls to existing customers on our specials, sending emails, and online requests into booked service appointments
Establish customer rapport and promote the Gillece brand
Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and efficiently
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information
Qualification
Required
You exude warmth, energy, and charisma
IT competent and a good typist
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
You love helping people, and leaving a positive impression on them
You thrive on the unexpected and perform patiently under stress and pressure
Ability to work one weekend day
Call center experience (Inbound and Outbound calls)
Proficient typist
Ability to commute to Bridgeville, PA 15017
Ability to relocate to Bridgeville, PA 15017 before starting work
