Responsibilities
Planning, coordination, and training of store staff while promoting customer service standards
Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring team members
Managing time and attendance reporting, payroll processes, and bookkeeping
Analyzing financial performance reports to optimize resource allocation
Collaborating closely with the general manager to execute vital management functions and address issues proactively
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
Three or more years' experience with human resources, payroll, scheduling and all aspects of bookkeeping
Prior team leadership experience
Strong team leadership experience
Service-oriented, energetic demeanor
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects effectively
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
Strong delegation and supervisory skills
Sound understanding of retail operations
Strong judgment in decision-making
Proficiency with software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong math skills
Meticulous attention to detail
