Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for PCB manufacturing, SMT, and electronic assembly processes
Lead and mentor process engineering teams across projects and sites
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize production
Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve key processes
Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Optimize factory layout and assembly flow for efficient operations
Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers on process-related topics
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing
Strong hands-on knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and electronic assembly processes
Experience leading teams and managing complex manufacturing projects
