They are seeking an Account Manager who will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee client accounts, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualification
Required
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
Ability to develop strategies and implement effective account management plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting to evaluate account performance
Capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital tools for remote work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Previous experience in account management or a related field
