Functional and working knowledge of multiple clouds – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
Good understanding of business processes, excellent communication Skills, Stakeholder communication
Knowledge of DevOps and DevOps tools
Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Participated and led Solution Design Sessions, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Agile Methodology (Experience working in Agile, Scrum environment)
Worked on Salesforce Org Merge projects
Data Migration: Salesforce -> Salesforce Data Migration (Migration of data from one Salesforce to another)
Salesforce Data Model understanding (Understanding of how to map and migrate data between objects)
Working Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader
