Confidential company is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and HACCP guidelines
Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement
Utilize coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems to assess product specifications accurately
Collect and analyze data related to quality control processes, documenting findings and reporting discrepancies
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions
Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance protocols that align with industry best practices
Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality assurance processes and compliance requirements

Required

A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated experience conducting quality audits and inspections with a keen eye for detail
