Responsibilities

Conduct technical readiness reviews for incident-based reporting systems, use-of-force data collections, and related national crime-statistics platforms

Support requirements development, architecture definition, system design reviews, and testing

Prepare detailed technical specifications for data-collection processes and system enhancements

Support program and project management activities, including integration planning and solution analysis

Provide guidance on XML schemas, flat-file formats, and data-exchange mechanisms

Evaluate public-facing data tools and recommend best practices for access and usability

Coordinate with reporting agencies, developers, technical teams, and program leadership

Assess the impact of business-rule changes on data-collection systems and data workflows

Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification
