Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs — from onboarding to advanced skill development across Sales, Account Management, and Operations
Develop scalable learning content : create videos, guides, and live sessions using modern e-learning tools and interactive methods
Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps, define success metrics, and align training with real performance outcomes (KPIs, close rates, client satisfaction, retention, etc.)
Coach and mentor underperforming team members with targeted refreshers or one-on-one support
Analyze training impact : gather feedback, monitor results, and continuously improve based on performance data
Stay ahead of change : update materials when products, systems, or processes evolve — especially around Wix Studio, AI Visibility, SEO, and new product launches
Champion company culture : bring energy, motivation, and positivity to every training room — virtual or in-person
Collaborate cross-departmentally to introduce new learning initiatives that boost morale, innovation, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in training, onboarding, or learning & development (preferably in a fast-paced digital or SaaS environment)
A strong communicator who can teach complex concepts simply — both in writing and live delivery
Experience creating digital learning materials or using e-learning platforms (Loom, Canva, LMS tools, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organization, follow-through, and adaptability — you thrive in a fast-moving environment
Positive, motivating energy that builds confidence and excitement in others
Preferred
Background in customer service, sales, or account management is a major plus
