Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence and facilitating communication on behalf of the CEO
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion
Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters
Oversee the organization of the executive office, including maintaining files, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive work environment
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a calm and positive demeanor
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable
High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
