Responsibilities
Lead CAP’s digital marketing efforts, using data to guide strategy, improve performance, and support organizational priorities
Plan, run, and refine digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and content platforms, focusing on growing audiences, increasing engagement, and strengthening CAP’s digital presence
Identify new or underused digital channels, manage both organic and paid efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and work across the organization to create and distribute effective digital content
Oversee email marketing campaigns, support website updates and user experience improvements, and monitor campaign performance to make ongoing adjustments that improve results
Stay current on digital trends and tools to ensure CAP remains visible and competitive online
Qualification
Required
Experience leading digital marketing programs in a data-driven environment
Comfortable using analytics to measure results and inform decisions
Strong understanding of how audiences engage across digital channels
Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Collaborate effectively across teams
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Experience improving digital performance through testing, audience targeting, and customer journey analysis
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
