Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts across a range of industries
Support both new business and renewal processes
Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing, claims assistance, etc
Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through clear, professional communication
Collaborate with producers and other account managers to deliver seamless service and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
P&C License required
5-10 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency in Vertafore AMS360
