Corporate IT Senior SharePoint Developer & Administrator
PCI Federal is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer & Administrator for their Corporate IT Department. This role is responsible for the design, development, customization, and administration of enterprise-level SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized SharePoint solutions, including workflows, forms, and applications
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online (M365), ensuring uptime, performance, and security
Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals
Develop Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) to enhance SharePoint capabilities
Manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, and governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
Perform SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems or Microsoft 365 services
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and architectural diagrams
Support the development of dashboards, metadata management, and enterprise search configurations
Monitor SharePoint logs, performance metrics, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 requirements
Integrate Artificial Intelligence in SharePoint, where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and administering SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online and/or 2016+)
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST APIs
Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, and Teams integration
Experience with SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, or equivalent)
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or higher certification
Knowledge, experience, and understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) capabilities
Experience in Office 365 GCCH Environments
Experience with Nintex workflows and forms
Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI for data visualization
Experience in enterprise content management (ECM) and document retention policies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps processes
