Insurance Account Manager
Berlin Insurance Group, LLC is a modern insurance agency specializing in personal and commercial lines of insurance. They are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to be the first point of contact for customers and assist with various policy-related inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities
You’ll be joining our Account Management team and being the first point of contact for all new and existing customers
Answer inbound phone calls, emails and texts regarding policies
Provide clients with policy details
Assist with policy changes, inspections, and cancellations
Respond to billing inquiries
Process client payments and follow up on pending payments
Document all transactions in our internal client database
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a FAST-paced environment
Comfortable being on the phone for the majority of your day
Ability to prioritize your work every day and complete top priorities on time
Ability to accept constructive feedback relating to your performance
Must have a very friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to be at work in the office Monday-Friday on-time
Consistent work history with relatable skills
Full training provided and financial support to obtain your insurance license (required within 6 months)
Preferred
Prior insurance experience is preferred but NOT required
