Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager in Oakland County, MI, for our client. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage personal lines accounts, handle policy processing and renewals, and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
Client Support: Handle daily service requests, respond to client inquiries, and provide accurate coverage guidance
Policy Administration: Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, ID cards, and binders per company and carrier procedures
Coverage Analysis: Review policies for accuracy, explain coverage options, and ensure clients have proper protection
Documentation & Systems: Maintain detailed records and document all client communications in the Agency Management System
Carrier Coordination: Work with insurance carriers through online portals to process quotes, policy changes, and updates efficiently
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
3+ years in personal lines account management or customer service within a brokerage or carrier
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic or TAM preferred) with experience using online carrier platforms and rating tools
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance policies, including auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverages
Organized and customer-focused professional with strong communication, multitasking, and client service skills
Preferred

Experience with Applied Epic or TAM
