The Executive Recruiter will lead the client search life cycle, develop key client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to build a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements through intake process
Develop ideal candidate profile and research target list based off clients requirements
Source and establish rapport with prospective talents based off client’s hiring criteria, conduct multi-interview processes to uncover candidate’s core competence, soft skills, etc
Provide white-glove support to both candidates and clients throughout the submittals, interview, debrief, negotiation processes, uncover and mitigate risks and maintain process control with both candidates and clients
Provide search progress report and market insight reports with clients, drive search calibration discussions and ability to influence clients and candidates throughout a search life cycle
Partners with clients on hiring demand analysis, develop job profile and description based on clients’ requirements
Conduct market research on skill sets, salary trend, talent supply trend, etc. Stay abreast of targeted industry trends and best practices, act as industry expert with clients and candidates
Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities, develop a book of business algin with the search firm’s vertical focuses
Lead new business development process through research, prospecting, referrals, networking, funnel sales process down the pipeline from prospecting to onboarding new client partnership

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive search or high level 360 contingent, retained and interim recruitment
Proven track record of successful contingent and/or retained searches
Proven track record of new business development and client development within contingent and/or retained search industries
Ability to thrive in a fast pace, matrix driven environment
Strong hunter's mentality, competitiveness and a must-win mindset
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent in people and communication skills, ability to build and foster a trust-based partnership with clients and a solid background in consultative sales
Self-starter and a quick learner, independent and ability to work and meet deadlines without the requirement of micromanagement
Ability to plan, prioritize projects and workflow, able to multitask and meet deadlines simultaneously, ability to stay organized and to pay close attention to details
Self-discipline, ability to work diligently and productively in a monitored remote workforce
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required
