Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound calls
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored personal insurance solutions
Prepare and deliver quotes, explain policy options, and manage the sales process from start to finish
Maintain and update client records within the agency management system
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and policy servicing
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficiency with agency management systems and quoting tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach
