Responsibilities
Develop and implement responsive websites using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
Ensure seamless user experience by optimizing website performance and functionality across different browsers and devices
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in design and functionality
Maintain website project documentation, including design assets, style guides, and technical specifications
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and graphic design
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand objectives, provide design recommendations, and ensure project success
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistent web experiences
Implement security best practices and ensure websites meet modern security standards
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on front-end development and modern technology
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, jQuery)
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts
Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment
Experience with Webflow for rapid website development and deployment
Experience with database integration and dynamic content management
Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Understanding of web analytics implementation and performance optimization
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
