The Senior Analyst will support the acquisition, management, and disposition of real estate investments, working closely with senior team members to source and execute investment opportunities in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Support the acquisition, management, and disposition of its real estate investments (both direct real estate and platform investments) in the U.S

Be an integral part of deal teams investing and managing opportunistic investments

Work closely with senior members of the U.S. team

Source and execute on new investment opportunities

Assist with due diligence and other analysis of real estate assets and platform companies operating in the real estate sector

Required

At least 2 years' experience within investment banking, private equity, or funds management

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant subject

Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of corporate finance, investment and business reporting

Any knowledge and experience you have in the real estate sector is advantageous
