Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within assigned territory
Prospect for new business through cold calls, referrals, jobsite visits, and networking
Learn and sell compressed air equipment, parts, service, and solutions
Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
Coordinate with inside sales, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in CRM system
Attend product training, manufacturer training, and sales meetings as required
Support promotional activities, trade shows, and customer events
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and activity targets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Zero to Two (0–2) years of sales, customer service, or related experience
Interest in industrial, mechanical, or technical products (compressed air experience a plus, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity
Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and shop personnel
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
