Innovate sourcing channels and pipeline-building techniques for hard-to-fill specialties
Partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, and analytics teams to align recruiting plans with business goals
Introduce technology and automation to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting
Mentor recruiters at all levels, fostering professional growth and productivity
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract top physician talent

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
