They are seeking a senior leader in Agile tooling and platform enablement to advance their enterprise Agile and product transformation by owning and evolving a key Agile work management platform.

Responsibilities
Own and scale our enterprise Agile/work management platform (e.g., TargetProcess, Jira Align, Rally, or similar), driving its adoption and evolution
Serve as the product/platform owner for a complex internal tool, defining the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
Design and enhance platform capabilities—including onboarding, standards, and continuous optimization—to advance Agile maturity at scale
Translate Agile and Lean principles into practical, value-driven processes that deliver tangible results
Use platform insights (e.g., flow, backlog health, portfolio views) to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams
Influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure shared understanding and support
Lead and mentor teams in a hands-on, high-accountability environment, fostering ownership and execution excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience owning or leading an enterprise Agile or work management platform (e.g., TargetProcess, Jira Align, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Demonstrated success acting as a product owner or platform owner for a complex internal tool, with accountability for vision, roadmap, adoption, and outcomes
Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically at team, program, and portfolio levels
Experience driving platform adoption and change across multiple teams, including influencing behaviors and ways of working
Ability to translate business and delivery needs into scalable platform configurations, standards, and insights
Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Experience operating in a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic direction with execution
Prior experience leading or mentoring others in a professional setting
