Responsibilities
Manages daily operations of the Procurement Agents
Executes standard purchasing processes and strategies including procure-to-pay definition and optimization
Builds organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent
Holds team accountable for accuracy and managing department monthly KPI metrics
Identifies cost savings opportunities and assists in achieving yearly cost reduction targets set by Procurement Manager
Works with Strategic Category Leads to identify key and preferred suppliers for key categories of spend that support business objectives
Applies creative problem-solving techniques and ideas for incumbents’ area of responsibility
Manages suppliers and their performance
Identifies supply chain issues, bringing those challenges forward for visibility, awareness, and resolution
Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
4 to 6 years of work experience required
1 to 3 years of corporate purchasing and project management experience
10% travel
