Responsibilities
Lead monthly expense reviews and variance analysis across departments
Develop and maintain detailed expense forecasting models
Partner with department leaders to understand cost drivers and identify savings opportunities
Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on expense trends and risks
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Drive process improvements in expense tracking and reporting systems
Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization efforts
Track and understanding capital expenditures vs. budget expectations
Partner with the Treasury function to assist with Cash Flow forecasting
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial analysis and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
Experience with budgeting and variance analysis
Ability to partner with department leaders and communicate effectively
Knowledge of internal controls and financial policies
Experience in process improvement and expense tracking
Strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting
Ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience in capital expenditure tracking and analysis
