Responsibilities
Use created templates and populate them with approved content
Manage outreach and submissions to community calendars
Support website updates (edits and time-sensitive changes)
Organize marketing assets for community partners (logos, bios, key info) so they are ready for insertion
Act as a middle point of contact to gather and organize content needs from internal teams
Support project management by coordinating information between departments and marketing
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience with Canva; familiarity with CapCut and Squarespace is helpful and learnable
3+ years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design
